The technology in your office, set up properly and looked after by people down the road.
Most small firms end up paying ten different companies a little every month, for things that overlap, that nobody really owns, and that no one is keeping an eye on. AABox pulls it together into one secure setup that just works, so quietly you can forget it’s there. We’re based right here in the Valley, so this is a real person a short drive away, not a queue in another time zone.
When something breaks: you call the people who set it up, not a stranger reading from a script. Because we’re local, that can mean someone at your office the same day, fixing it in person.
When it’s done right, you stop thinking about it.
Email lands where it should. Logins are safe even if a password leaks. The wifi reaches the back office. The backups are real, and you’ve seen them work. Nobody outside the business can wander into your files. It all just runs, and you get on with the actual work.
Getting there usually means untangling a pile of separate accounts and monthly bills first, then setting it up so the pieces fit together and stay that way. That’s the part we do. Most of it ends up invisible, which is exactly the point.
What we look after
No jargon, no upsell. Here are the things that actually go wrong for small firms, and what we do about each one.
- Email that arrives, and can’t be faked
- We set up the records that prove your email really comes from you. That keeps it out of junk folders, and stops anyone sending scam mail in your name to your own clients.
- Less junk, fewer scams
- We cut down the spam and the phishing that wastes your team’s time and tricks people into clicking the wrong thing or paying a fake invoice.
- A second step at login
- For Microsoft 365 and your other accounts, a stolen password on its own won’t get anyone in. We turn on the second step and set sensible rules across everyone’s accounts.
- Backups you can actually restore from
- Not just backups that run, but backups we’ve checked will bring your files back. Kept in two places, so one fire, theft, or honest mistake doesn’t take the business with it.
- One setup you own, fewer monthly bills
- A lot of what firms pay every month is for overlapping services they could own outright. We pull it together into one setup that’s yours, and stop the slow drip of fees.
- Wifi everywhere, plus a guest network
- No dead spots in the back office or the meeting room. We plan the coverage properly, and add a separate network for visitors so they never touch the side your business runs on.
- Your office network and the gear that runs it
- The shared drives everyone saves to, the printers everyone connects to, the box humming in the closet. We set it all up, wall off the parts that should stay private, and decide what’s allowed to talk to what.
- When something breaks, we fix it
- We built it, so we know exactly how it goes back together. And because we’re a short drive away, we can sort it in person and fast, instead of leaving you stuck on hold with someone three time zones over.
Close enough to come by
We work with firms in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Glendale. Setting things up, walking the office to plan the wifi, or sorting out a problem are all easier in person, and anywhere in that stretch of the Valley is a short drive for us.

Common questions from local firms
What happens when something breaks?
You reach the people who set it up, not a call center that has never seen your office. We can usually sort it remotely straight away. When it’s the kind of thing that’s easier in person, a router, a printer, the gear in the closet, we come to you. Being local to the Valley is the whole point.
Will you actually come out in person?
Yes. Anywhere in the Phoenix metro is a short drive for us. Setting things up, planning the wifi around your actual walls, or fixing something physical are all easier across a desk than over a phone. The day-to-day watching and updates carry on quietly in the background either way.
We pay for a pile of separate services already. Can you pull them together?
That’s often the first thing we do. Most firms are paying several companies every month for things that overlap, or that they could simply own. We work out what’s actually needed, fold it into one setup, and cut the bills that were quietly adding up.
Do we need to understand any of this?
No. You shouldn’t have to know what any of it means, and you won’t have to set anything up yourself. You tell us what the business needs to do, and we handle the technical side so it just works.
What about our Microsoft 365 and email?
We look after both. The second step at login, sensible account rules, the records that keep your email out of junk folders and stop people faking it in your name, and the spam and scam filtering that protects your team. If you’re already on Microsoft 365, we tidy up what’s there. If you’re not, we set it up.
Do you only work with Phoenix businesses?
The come-to-your-office part is for the Phoenix metro. If you’re local and want someone who can actually show up, that’s exactly who this is for. Get in touch and tell us where you are.
